What was survey report on Arvind - Pallakollu seat - Parakala

Allu Arvind - stated during the time when Parakala Prabhakar resigned PRP saying that as their survey report shows that Parakala can not win the elections so the seat was not granted to him. This denail made Parakala to go out of party, but now Parakala posed a question to media saying that what survey report did Allu Arvind get for his Pallakollu seat? incase If he had positive report then what is the outcome of survey.Parkala says in elections anybody can win or loose elections.
